Chris Davis Has Stiff Neck
6 years agoUpdating a previous report, Baltimore Orioles first baseman Chris Davis (neck) is out of the starting lineup with a stiff neck on Wednesday. It doesn't sound lIke Davis' injury will keep him out for long, so consider the power hitter day-to-day. He continues to be a massive disappointment, hitting an embarrassing .171/.246/.302 with only 16 homers and 49 RBI for the worst team in baseball. DJ Stewart is serving as the designated hitter and is batting eighth against Blue Jays starter Marco Estrada on Wednesday.
