5 years agoThe Los Angeles Chargers and New Orleans Saints are in the mix to sign free-agent cornerback Chris Harris Jr., according to a source. The Cowboys, Jets and Raiders had interest, but things have changed. He could always return to the Broncos, but that seems to be a long shot at this point. Harris, a four-time Pro Bowler and All-Pro in 2016, has 20 career interceptions and four touchdowns, but he's on the wrong side of 30 years old and has seen his play fall off a bit in recent seasons. He totaled 56 tackles (44 solo), one interception, six passes defensed and one forced fumble in 16 games in 2019. The Chargers and Saints both have strong defenses but would become even better in the secondary if they added a talent like Harris.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
