6 years agoThe Los Angeles Chargers are releasing kicker Caleb Sturgis on Monday, according to a source. Sturgis has been either unreliable or injured for the Bolts this year, and it made complete sense to let him go after he missed another field goal and two extra points in the Week 9 win over the Seahawks in his first game back from injury. Michael Badgley performed adequately in Sturgis' absence and is likely to get another shot. Still, fantasy owners shouldn't be trusting any Chargers kicker just yet.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
