3 years agoThe Toronto Blue Jays placed third baseman Cavan Biggio (back/neck) on the 10-day injured list on Tuesday due to back and neck discomfort. The team activated outfielder Corey Dickerson in a corresponding move. Biggio has been dealing with lingering back and neck discomfort throughout the year and has really struggled at the plate all year. He's especially had a rough patch over the last month. He slashed just .175/.222/.263 in July. In shallow leagues, he's a drop candidate if you don't have an extra IL spot. In deep leagues and AL-only leagues, he's worth holding onto. He could be a valuable power and speed asset amidst one of the league's top lineups if he can get things together this year.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
