6 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles quarterback Carson Wentz (back) wants to play through a stress fracture in his back and received another opinion from doctors, according to a source. However, the doctor agreed with the team that rest is the best thing for Wentz right now. The Eagles haven't put Wentz on Injured Reserve just yet until they're eliminated from the postseason, but it's unlikely he'll play again this year either way. Coming off two years that have ended with injury, Wentz has suddenly become injury-prone as a low-end QB1 heading into next season. Nick Foles will start again in Week 16 against the Texans but is a low-end QB2.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
