Cardinals Hoping To Get Something From Kevin White
6 years agoArizona Cardinals new head coach Kliff Kingsbury is hoping that the team can get something out of wide receiver Kevin White in his first year in Arizona. Kingsbury did background research on White before the team signed him to a one-year, $1.5 million deal, and they raved about White's toughness, personality and competitive spirit. Injuries, however, have been White's Achilles heel, as he played in only 14 games since he was drafted seventh overall by the Bears in 2015 due to two fibula fractures and a shoulder fracture. White has 25 catches for 285 yards and no touchdowns in his three seasons in the NFL. There's no guarantee he will be able to stay on the field in 2019, but there is certainly opportunity with the rebuilding Cardinals.
