Cameron Johnson Gets Long-Term Deal With Nets
1 year agoBrooklyn Nets forward Cameron Johnson has agreed to return to the team on a sizable four-year, $108 million deal. Alongside Mikal Bridges, the 27-year-old Johnson signified the co-centerpiece of the Kevin Durant trade this past deadline. Johnson continues to improve on offense and defense, amassing 16.6 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.3 threes, and 1.4 steals over a career-high 30.8 minutes per game with the Nets last season. The two-way wing should be one of Brooklyn's focal contributors on both ends of the floor once again in the 2023-2024 season. Johnson could garner mid-round fantasy treatment in upcoming drafts.
