Bryan Woo Collects First MLB Win
1 year agoSeattle Mariners starting pitcher Bryan Woo cruised to victory in a 10-2 victory over the New York Yankees. Woo went just 5 ⅓ innings in this one, but didn't allow a run and only gave up two hits. He struck out five and walked three, which contributed to his high pitch count. Still, it was another solid effort for the rookie, who has now strung together three good starts after getting shelled in his debut. He should be rostered in standard or deeper formats for the upside he possesses, although it may come with some growing pains.
