Browns Not Planning To Trade Odell Beckham Jr.
5 years agoThe Cleveland Browns have reportedly told wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. that they have no plans to trade him this offseason despite his frustrating first year with the team. Beckham also said himself earlier in the week that he has no plans of going anywhere for the 2020 season and beyond. OBJ hasn't performed up to his draft price as a WR1 in 2019, catching 67 passes (121 targets) for 910 yards and two touchdowns. We can't solely blame Beckham, though, as Cleveland's offensive line has been bad and quarterback Baker Mayfield has been highly inconsistent. He's become more of a WR3 for fantasy purposes, especially in Week 16 against the Ravens, but Beckham has a chance to bounce back in 2020, and he could be a nice value pick if his price drops after this disappointing season.
