Broncos Expect Royce Freeman, DaeSean Hamilton Back
6 years agoDenver Broncos head coach Vance Joseph said that the team should get running back Royce Freeman (ankle), wide receiver Daesean Hamilton (knee), safety Darian Stewart (neck) and cornerback Bradley Roby (ankle) back in Week 11 against the Chargers. Freeman missed the previous two games with a high ankle sprain. He'll continue to split the workload with Phillip Lindsay, who has been the more impressive rookie this year. Freeman should go back to being a touchdown-dependent RB3/flex, while Devontae Booker loses his RB3/flex appeal in PPR leagues. Hamilton could see action in three-receiver sets but isn't a fantasy option. The return of Stewart and Roby is good news for a secondary that'll be tasked with slowing down the red-hot Chargers.
