5 years agoTampa Bay Rays starting pitcher Brent Honeywell (elbow) will rest for another week but could resume throwing next week if all goes well. He has been shut down since mid-April with a nerve issue in his forearm as he recovers from Tommy John surgery in February of 2018. The team's No. 2 prospect, per MLB Pipeline, was hoping to be an option for the Rays rotation around midseason, but now that is up in the air. The right-hander has high-end upside at the top of a rotation and remains worth stashing in dynasty and deep mixed leagues for now.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
