6 years agoChicago Cubs relief pitcher Brandon Morrow (elbow) is nearing live batting practice. Morrow missed all of the second half last year and landed on the injured list to begin the 2019 season, but he's making progress and appears on track to return sometime next month. It's assumed that he will retake the closer's job from Pedro Strop when he returns, but the Cubs might ease him back into the role. With the Cubs struggling to begin the year, Strop picked up his first save just Thursday night. Morrow has been good when healthy, so he's one to stash in all formats.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
