Bo Nix Throws For 223 Yards, Catches Touchdown In Loss To Ravens
3 weeks agoDenver Broncos rookie quarterback Bo Nix went 19-for-33 passing for 223 yards, no touchdowns and an interception in the 41-10 blowout loss to the Baltimore Ravens on the road in Week 9 on Sunday. Nix added six carries for 36 yards on the ground and added his first career receiving touchdown on a two-yard grab on a trick play at the goal line from receiver Courtland Sutton. The 24-year-old's pick was his sixth of the year but just his first since Week 6 and the second in his last seven games. His lone interception came on the team's first possession of the game and was a pass that should have been caught. Nix was still useful in fantasy because of his legs and his receiving score, but this was a disappointing showing against a defense that had struggled against the pass in 2024. The ups and downs will continue for the rookie, and it won't get any easier in Week 10 on the road against the Chiefs.
