Blake Treinen Out At Least A Couple Of Months
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers relief pitcher Blake Treinen (shoulder) will be out for at least a couple of months after choosing to rehab his right shoulder as opposed to more aggressive measures that would require a longer timetable. The Dodgers will be cautious with Treinen and are hopeful to have him back for the "stretch run," according to manager Dave Roberts. The 33-year-old right-hander has already been out for two weeks, but fantasy managers shouldn't expect him to return until around the All-Star break in July. Treinen has yet to resume throwing a baseball. Until Treinen is able to return, Daniel Hudson and Brusdar Graterol will serve as the primary setup men in front of closer Craig Kimbrel.
