6 years agoThe Los Angeles Angels non-tendered closer Blake Parker on Friday, making him a free agent, according to a source. Parker had a nice 3.26 ERA, 1.24 WHIP, 14 saves and 70 strikeouts in 66 1/3 innings, so he should be scooped up rather quickly by a team looking for relief help. However, the right-hander won't have much fantasy appeal unless he's in line for saves in 2019.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
