5 years agoThe Buffalo Bills are interested in free-agent running back Melvin Gordon III, according to a source. However, NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported on Thursday that Gordon won't get anything close to what the Chargers offered him before the 2019 season. He was receiving offers in the $10 million range last August. It's unclear how Gordon would be used alongside Devin Singletary, who rushed for 775 yards and 5.1 yards per carry as a rookie last year. Gordon played in just 12 games for the Bolts in 2019 after holding out, and he averaged just 3.8 yards per rush while finishing with 612 yards rushing on 162 carries with eight touchdowns. He'd likely be a change-of-pace option alongside Singletary, limiting both of their fantasy ceilings.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
