6 years agoThe Chicago Cubs placed infielder/outfielder Ben Zobrist on the restricted list due to personal reasons on Wednesday and recalled infielder Addison Russell from Triple-A Iowa in a corresponding move. Zobrist was scratched from the lineup on Tuesday, and it's unclear how long he'll be away from the team. You shouldn't wait around for him in mixed leagues. Russell is starting at second base on Wednesday and is hitting eighth, but he'll play more of a utility role this season for the Cubbies, limiting his value to mostly NL-only leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
