2 years agoBrooklyn Nets point guard Ben Simmons (knee) will not travel to D.C. or Charlotte with the team, meaning he will miss at least two more games this week. He has already sat out two games as he deals with left knee soreness and swelling. Simmons' health issues have opened the door to the start unit for Joe Harris, although he hasn't done a lot so far as a starter. Yuta Watanabe has seen a boost in playing time off the bench with Simmons missing, and he produced a nice 10-point effort with four rebounds and two blocks Wednesday versus Chicago. Edmond Sumner has also re-entered the rotation, but it's tough for others to contribute on a team that has a two-headed monster dominating the offense.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
