Artemi Panarin Guides Rangers Past Capitals
4 years agoNew York Rangers left wing Artemi Panarin skated away with three points against Washington in Tuesday's 5-2 victory, posting one goal and two assists. Adam Fox notched the game-winner to finish the month with 20 points, which makes him the third blueliner in Rangers history to get at least 20 points in a single month. Panarin had 14 points in March after he missed the start of the month with personal issues. He skated only 10 times, so it was actually a very productive month for the Breadman, who is third in the league in points per game with 1.33. Panarin rolls on a line with Kaapo Kakko and Ryan Strome, who extended his point streak to 10 games on Tuesday with one assist. They get a chance to run amok against Buffalo in back-to-back games next.
