Antonio Brown Won't Play In Preseason
6 years agoOakland Raiders head coach Jon Gruden said he's not planning on playing wide receiver Antonio Brown at all in the preseason. It's Brown's first season with the Raiders, but it doesn't sound like Gruden is worried about him gaining any chemistry with quarterback Derek Carr in preseason games. The 30-year-old wideout should be just fine and has been one of the best wideouts in the league for a while now, recording six straight 1,000-yard seasons. He's also caught double-digit touchdowns in four of the last five seasons. While his production could suffer away from Pittsburgh and Big Ben, Brown should remain an elite WR1 for fantasy purposes.
