5 years agoChicago Cubs first baseman Anthony Rizzo (back) doesn't expect to play on Thursday, but he's hoping to return for the weekend series against the Brewers. It's coming up on almost a week since Rizzo last played, so his fantasy owners are beginning to worry. It sounds like he's still day-to-day, however. Check back on Friday to see if he's back in there. Rizzo is having a typically solid year, hitting .290/.402/.526 with 25 home runs, 80 runs scored, 82 RBI and five steals.
