Anthony Davis Likely To Play Against Thunder
7 months agoLos Angeles Lakers center Anthony Davis (groin/hip) is listed as probable for Thursday's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Davis originally suffered a left adductor/hip spasm on Nov. 6 and only required a one-game respite on Nov. 8. Look for Davis to be ready to go in Oklahoma City on Thursday after the Lakers took care of the Detroit Pistons for a 133-107 blowout on Wednesday, keeping Davis' playing time in check at 29 minutes. The 30-year-old three-time blocks champion is back on top once again in that department in 2023-24, sending back 2.8 shots per night alongside gaudy averages of 22.2 points, 12.3 rebounds, and 1.1 steals in 34.9 minutes through 18 games. Davis qualifies for top-five fantasy value in category leagues as we close in on the campaign's quarter mark.
