6 years agoThe Los Angeles Angels claimed outfielder Brian Goodwin off waivers from the Royals on Wednesday, according to a source. Goodwin failed to make the Royals roster after a dismal spring training, but he'll help provide the Halos with some outfield depth now that Justin Upton (toe) will begin the year on the injured list. Goodwin, 28, hit .239/.318/.390 with six home runs and 25 RBI in 75 games with the Nationals and Royals in 2018. He's unlikely to become relevant in even the deepest of fantasy leagues.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
