6 years agoLos Angeles Angels shortstop Andrelton Simmons was removed from the game early on Thursday night with lower back tightness. Simmons struck out in his only at-bat before leaving the game with the injury. Consider him day-to-day for now and check back to see if he's in the lineup on Friday. If he's forced to miss time, it'll give David Fletcher a chance to see more playing time in the infield.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
