Amari Cooper, Jared Cook To Be Moved Around
6 years agoOakland Raiders offensive coordinator Greg Olson said that wide receiver Amari Cooper and tight end Jared Cook will be moved around the formations "a lot." “We’re going to move Cook and Cooper around a lot. Critical to our success," Olson said. Both players were moved around often in the Week 1 loss to the Rams as well, and it should continue in Week 2 against the Broncos. It didn't really help Cooper (one catch on three targets for nine yards), but Cook excelled with nine receptions on 12 targets for a whopping 180 yards in the season opener. Cooper has a tough matchup against Denver's solid cornerbacks, but Cook is in play as a low-end TE1 again. Denver's defense has struggled to cover tight ends in recent seasons and allowed Seahawks rookie Will Dissly to explode in Week 1.
