5 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals pitcher Alex Reyes (finger) allowed two hits and an earned run while walking two and striking out six in five innings for High-A Palm Beach in a rehab start on Thursday. Reyes is getting back into the flow after fracturing his pinkie finger and looked good on Thursday. He'll need to prove it in the minors before the Red Birds consider bringing him back up to the majors at some point this year, and even then he wouldn't be guaranteed a rotation spot. Reyes was baseball's top prospect just several years ago and still has intriguing upside if he's starting in the majors.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
