5 years agoHouston Astros infielder Aledmys Diaz (hamstring) is back in the starting lineup on Tuesday after suffering a left hamstring strain last Friday. He is starting at second base and is batting sixth against White Sox starter Dylan Covey. Diaz has hit well (.266, five homers and 21 RBI) in limited playing time this year in his first season in Houston and is a worthy option in AL-only leagues while Jose Altuve (hamstring) recovers from his injury. Altuve could return next week, so Diaz will likely go back to his utility role.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
