Alec Burks, Glenn Robinson III Traded to Sixers
5 years agoGolden State Warriors guard Alec Burks and forward Glenn Robinson III have been traded to the Philadelphia 76ers in exchange for three second-round picks. It's a great move for Philly who finally gets some much needed depth. Unfortunately, Burks is going to lose most of his fantasy value with the move to Philly. He could see more minutes right now with Josh Richardson (hamstring) sidelined, but Burks will see reduced minutes once the team is healthy. Robinson will see a limited role in Philly and is a cut candidate in most formats right now. The Warriors will get a 2020, 2021 and a 2022 second-round pick in this deal. Golden State drafted Draymond Green in the second round a few years ago, so maybe they strike gold again.
