6 years agoThe Washington Redskins re-signed running back Adrian Peterson to a two-year deal worth up to $8 million on Wednesday. The veteran back ran for 1,042 yards and eight touchdowns (seven rushing, one receiving) in 2018. He's the eighth leading rusher in NFL history with 13,318 yards, and it was his first 1,000-yard season since 2015. Peterson can still be productive, but he'll turn 34 on March 21 and the Redskins might be led by quarterback Case Keenum this year. Expecting another 1,000-yard campaign from Peterson would be extremely foolish.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
