Adam Oller Agrees To Deal With Guardians
1 year agoFree-agent right-hander Adam Oller agreed to terms with the Cleveland Guardians on Wednesday that includes an invitation to spring training, according to a source. Oller has spent both of his big-league seasons the last two years with the Oakland Athletics and will reunite with new Cleveland manager Stephen Vogt. In his two seasons with Oakland, Oller went 3-9 with a 7.09 ERA (6.65 FIP), 1.72 WHIP, 51 walks and 59 strikeouts in 94 innings over 28 appearances (15 starts). The 29-year-old swing man allowed 24 runs (22 earned) on 29 hits while walking 12 and fanning 13 in 19 2/3 innings over nine appearances (one starts) for the A's in 2023, so he's nowhere near the fantasy radar.
