A.J. Pollock Expected To Need 40-50 Rehab At-Bats
5 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers manager Dave Roberts said that outfielder A.J. Pollock (elbow) would likely need 40 or 50 at-bats in a rehab setting once he has his antibiotic catheter removed from his left arm. Pollock is still at least a few weeks away from a return, and possibly longer. The 31-year-old should return to regular center field duties when he's ready, so he's worth stashing in most leagues. Pollock was disappointing, however, with a .223/.287/.330 slash line, two homers and 14 RBI in 103 at-bats. Alex Verdugo has been an excellent fill-in in center field and has become relevant in mixed leagues in a great Dodgers lineup.
