Will Jerome Ford Start For The Browns When He Returns?
Jerome Ford is currently considered week-to-week with a hamstring injury, which has sidelined him for now.
In the meantime, Nick Chubb is expected to make his return in Week 7 against the Bengals, which will be a major boost for the Browns' offense. However, once Ford is healthy and back on the field, fantasy owners should anticipate a timeshare between the two backs.
While Chubb will likely regain his role as the primary option, the Browns have shown confidence in Ford, who has been productive in Chubb's absence.

Jerome Ford Fantasy Football Outlook
When Ford returns, there is a good chance that he may serve as a complementary piece in the offense, particularly in passing situations, while Chubb handles the bulk of early-down and goal-line work.
With Chubb set to return, Jerome Ford’s fantasy value takes a hit, and he can now be downgraded to an RB3 for the rest of the season.
Ford has been solid while filling in for Chubb, but with the star running back expected to resume his role as the Browns' lead back, Ford's opportunities will decrease. Chubb will likely dominate the early-down and goal-line work, leaving Ford in more of a complementary role, particularly in passing downs or change-of-pace situations.
While Ford may still see some touches, his fantasy upside will be capped, making him more of a Flex or RB3 option in deeper leagues rather than a reliable weekly starter.
