Happy Thanksgiving, everyone. Week 12 commenced with a three-game Thanksgiving slate, although the action continues on Black Friday, with the Jets and Dolphins battling in an AFC East contest. Zach Wilson, who was pulled from last Sunday’s meeting with the Bills, will remain benched, although it’s unlikely he'll play another snap for the Jets.
As a result, Tim Boyle will take over. Unfortunately for Jets fans, Boyle isn’t expected to be much of an upgrade. Of course, New York isn’t the only team to feature a new quarterback in Week 12, with Jake Browning taking over under center for Joe Burrow, who was lost for the remainder of the season because of a torn ligament in his wrist.
In this article, I will be providing you with my Week 12 daily fantasy football lineup picks for FanDuel. FanDuel Quarterbacks - Week 12 DFS Lineup Picks
Josh Allen - @ PHI ($9,200)
Buffalo hasn’t had the season most had envisioned. The Bills entered Week 11 with a .500 record, so the team fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey in an attempt to get the team off life support.
Apparently, the move paid off, as Allen had one of his best performances of the year in Week 11 versus the Jets, throwing 275 yards and three touchdowns. That said, the Bills will be challenged by the Eagles on Sunday. However, despite the tough matchup, Allen remains a top DFS option.
C.J. Stroud – vs. JAX ($7,700)
Stroud is well on his way to winning the Rookie of the Year award. While others are in the running, the signal-caller has played well beyond his years. He struggled somewhat against the Cardinals, tossing three picks on the day.
Still, an occasional off-game is nothing for fantasy managers to be concerned with, considering Stroud has an excellent chance to turn it around versus the Jags. The 22-year-old tossed 280 yards and two touchdowns versus Jacksonville back in Week 3.
FanDuel Running Backs - Week 12 DFS Lineup Picks
Travis Etienne Jr. - @ HOU ($8,600)
Etienne has been a top back for most of the year. He went cold in the last two weeks. Yet, entering the Week 10 showdown with the 49ers, he totaled seven touchdowns in a four-game span.
The 24-year-old had one of his best performances against Houston earlier in the season, going for 88 yards off 19 carries for an effective 4.6 YPC. He also caught four of his five targets for 50 yards. Keep him rolling against a mediocre Texans D on Sunday.
Kyren Williams - @ ARI ($8,200)
Williams is anticipated to return for Sunday’s clash with the Cardinals. It’s easy to assume he’ll be limited. But it doesn’t appear that will be the case, with Darrell Henderson Jr. now sitting on the practice squad. The 23-year-old was a potent fantasy back before going down with an ankle injury, scoring at least one touchdown in four of his six appearances.
In Williams’ most recent appearance, which coincidently was against Arizona back in Week 6, he ran the ball 20 times for a career-high 158 yards. Although the Cards look better with Kyler Murray back at the helm, there is still plenty of room for improvement, including on the defensive end.
Jonathan Taylor – vs. TB ($7,500)
It took a while, but it appears Taylor is the official No. 1 option on the depth chart. When he first returned, his snaps were limited, which was no surprise. Yet, even after a few weeks, Taylor had ceded carries to Zack Moss.
However, the All-Pro logged a season-high 50 snaps in Week 10 against the Patriots, finishing with 23 carries for 69 yards and a score. That said, after averaging nearly 15 fantasy points in his last four games, Taylor could remain productive versus an efficient Bucs run-stop unit.
Also Consider: D'Andre Swift ($7,200), Isiah Pacheco ($6,600)

FanDuel Wide Receivers - Week 12 DFS Lineup Picks
Puka Nacua - @ ARI ($8,200)
Cooper Kupp is iffy for Sunday’s contest in Arizona. The wideout injured his ankle during the Week 11 NFC West meeting with the Seahawks, ending his day prematurely. Luckily, Nacua emerged to save the day, collecting five of his seven targets for 70 yards while adding a touchdown, his first since Week 5.
That said, even if Kupp suits up, he could be limited, especially if the Rams build a comfortable lead. This means Nacua should take on more of the responsibilities on the offensive end. However, if Kupp doesn’t play, everyone knows how lethal Nacua can get when he’s the No. 1 option for Matthew Stafford. Keep in mind that the rookie is battling a shoulder injury, although he should be good to go.
Ja'Marr Chase – vs. PIT ($8,100)
It’s easy to be concerned about Chase’s ceiling when he won’t have Joe Burrow slinging him the ball. Understandably, the former LSU Tiger isn’t seeing much DFS interest moving toward Week 12, even more so after his poor showing in Baltimore on last Thursday night. In all fairness, losing a quarterback the caliber of Burrow isn’t easy, especially in the middle of a game. It’s even tougher considering the guy who replaced Burrow has minimal experience.
Fortunately, the Bengals had extra time to mold Jake Browning since Burrow went down, so he’s had a chance to get reps with the starters during practice. At any rate, it doesn’t seem that Tee Higgins will return versus Pittsburgh, which isn’t ideal. But it should mean more looks for Chase, who is the Bengals' only hope to make it to the postseason.
Tank Dell – vs. JAC ($7,800)
Dell is another guy on the Texans’ roster who deserves Rookie of the Year consideration. Sure, plenty of Houston’s offensive options have surged. But Dell has thrived, even more so in November. He’s been targeted 35 times in the last three games, pulling in 20 of them.
Even better, he’s found the end zone four times. With Jacksonville the slight favorite, according to Vegas, C.J. Stroud could be throwing to the end, meaning Dell may continue to benefit.
Also Consider: A.J. Brown ($8,800), Rashee Rice ($5,700), Tyler Boyd ($5,600), Rondale Moore ($5,200)
FanDuel Tight Ends - Week 12 DFS Lineup Picks
Travis Kelce - @ LV ($8,300)
Kelce remains the most dangerous tight end in the National Football League. His volume has decreased in the last three games, so he hasn’t been as productive. Despite that, he has a favorable matchup on tap for Week 12.
Kelce has made a career by making the Raiders defense look foolish, amassing 1,289 yards and 11 touchdowns off 100 catches. The All-Pro’s rostering cost has dipped, so DFS participants can easily squeeze him into a lineup.
Also Consider: Trey McBride ($6,100), Evan Engram ($5,800)
