BALLER MOVE: Add in Deep Daily Lineups Leagues (12+ Teams)
ANALYSIS: Viciedo has flashed some very solid power for stretches so far during the 2014 season, delivering on the promise showed by his six opposite-field homers in 2013. At just 25 years old, Viciedo's power continues to grow, and he is on pace to hit 20 bombs this season. That said, the .235 BA could be an issue for teams in the fantasy playoffs. It's worth noting that Viciedo has been victimized by a slightly depressed .270 BABIP, so there could be some BA growth in his future, except that with the return of Avisail Garcia, Viciedo has been riding the pine too much for comfort over the past week. Playing his home games in a park that increases right-handed home runs by over 30% mitigates against that some, but if the status quo continues with regard to his playing time, Viciedo is only a legitimate option for an owner who can set his or her lineups daily. In a deep daily format, though, Viciedo is a fairly solid fifth or sixth outfielder from whom you can expect a handful of home runs the rest of the way.
