Nolan Gorman Enters Spring Training Fully Healthy
3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals' third baseman Nolan Gorman (hamstring) has been a full participant during the minor-league camp and is expected to open the season at Triple-A Memphis. In the Arizona Fall League, a hamstring issue limited him to just six games in October. The 21-year-old is regarded as one of the top-hitting prospects in baseball and will be shifting from third base to the keystone in 2022. Gorman's elite power, solid bat speed, and ability to spray the ball will give the Cardinals another potent bat in their lineup. He crushed 25 homers over 119 games between the two affiliates in 2021. Gorman will most likely get called up during mid-season and is worth stashing in deep-league formats for 2022.
