3 years agoAs expected, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have officially placed their franchise tag on star wide receiver Chris Godwin. The 26-year-old was dominant last year with 98 receptions for 1,103 yards and five touchdowns. He missed the end of the regular season as well as the postseason after tearing his ACL. When he returns to Tampa Bay next year, he'll have a new quarterback throwing him passes. It's unclear who that new quarterback will be at this point and it's also unclear when Godwin will be back on the field, so fantasy managers have a lot to monitor in regards to Godwin this offseason.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
