Courtland Sutton Goes For 60 Yards Against Bolts
3 years agoDenver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton entered the Week 17 game against the Los Angeles Chargers as the unquestioned No. 1 receiver for the Broncos with both Jerry Jeudy and Tim Patrick sidelined due to COVID-19. And yet he still wasn't the team's leading receiver in the 34-13 loss to LA -- that title went to tight end Noah Fant. Sutton had as many targets (five) as Kendall Hinton and hauled in three of them for 60 yards. Most of his production came on a 40-yard pass from quarterback Drew Lock in the first half. All in all, it was yet another disappointing showing for the 26-year-old in a game where the Broncos were behind big for much of the day. If Jeudy and Patrick return in Week 18 against the Kansas City Chiefs, Sutton will once again be unplayable in fantasy.
