3 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver DK Metcalf (foot) was a DNP to begin the practice week on Wednesday. Metcalf has been rested early in the week for most of the year after injuring his foot way back in Week 4, but he hasn't missed any games. The 24-year-old has mostly been disappointing in the second half of the season as quarterback Russell Wilson works his way back from a finger injury, but he did find the end zone last week for the first time since Week 8 while grabbing two of his five targets for 41 yards. Metcalf and the Seahawks have a nice opportunity to put up plenty of yardage and points this weekend against the Detroit Lions, but with Tyler Lockett back in the fold, Metcalf returns to being more of a WR2.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
