Eagles Won't Put Miles Sanders On Injured Reserve
3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni reiterated on Wednesday that the team won't put running back Miles Sanders (hand) on Injured Reserve this week. Sanders broke his hand in the Week 16 win over the New York Giants and has been ruled out for Week 17 against the Washington Football Team, but the Eagles refuse to rule him out for the Week 18 season finale. If your league plays through the end of the regular season, fantasy managers must hold onto Sanders in case he returns next week as the primary running back in the best rushing offense in football. Meanwhile, Jordan Howard (neck) and Boston Scott are expected to share the workload this Sunday against Washington, with rookie Kenneth Gainwell also pitching in.
