3 years agoThe Carolina Panthers designated quarterback Sam Darnold (shoulder) to return from Injured Reserve, and he will practice on Wednesday. The Panthers will now have 21 days to officially activate Darnold from IR, but there's a chance that could happen before the team's Week 15 game against the Buffalo Bills. Darnold went on IR in Week 10 with a non-displaced fracture of his right scapula, so it's probably more likely that the Panthers will be cautious with him despite the team's struggles under center with Cam Newton and P.J. Walker. There's a chance that Darnold is involved down the stretch whenever he's deemed ready to return, but fantasy managers in single-year formats can ignore the situation entirely.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
