J.D. McKissic Gets In A Limited Practice
3 years agoWashington Football Team running back J.D. McKissic (concussion) was able to get in a limited practice on Thursday after he was listed as a DNP on Wednesday. McKissic looked to be going full speed while working on a side field during individual drills on Thursday, and he looks to be on the right track towards clearing the league's concussion protocol and playing in Week 14 against the division-rival Dallas Cowboys this Sunday. The 28-year-old's return would be bad news for lead-back Antonio Gibson, but Gibson should remain a strong RB2 either way. As Washington's primary pass-catching back -- he has 43 receptions for 397 yards and two touchdowns on 53 targets in 11 games -- McKissic will be in the RB3/flex picture in PPR leagues if he returns to action. Wendell Smallwood had just two catches for 12 yards in McKissic's place last weekend.
