Boston Scott Officially Active Against Jets
3 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles running back Boston Scott (illness) is officially active on Sunday against the New York Jets after coming into the game questionable with a non-COVID-19-related illness. It's unclear if Scott will be limited at all due to his illness in Week 13, and he'll also be sharing backfield work with Miles Sanders. Jordan Howard (knee) will be missing his second straight game. The Jets defense allows the most fantasy points per game to the RB position this year, so even while he'll be sharing reps with Sanders in Philly's backfield, Scott will have RB3/flex appeal this weekend. New York is also surrendering the sixth-most rushing yards per game (128.7). With backup quarterback Gardner Minshew taking over for Jalen Hurts (ankle), the Eagles could even rely more on the ground attack in this one.
