Mark Ingram II Trending In The Right Direction
3 years agoNew Orleans Saints running back Mark Ingram II (knee) practiced in full again on Tuesday, which makes it likely that he'll return to action on Thursday night against the Dallas Cowboys. Ingram missed the Thanksgiving loss to the Buffalo Bills last Thursday, but he has recovered nicely and looks to be in line to return to the Saints backfield in Week 13. The 31-year-old veteran filled in nicely for Alvin Kamara (knee) before missing last week's game, carrying the ball 30 times for 135 yards (4.50 yards per carry) and a touchdown while adding 10 receptions on 15 targets for 86 more yards in Weeks 10 and 11. However, Ingram will only be an RB2 again in fantasy if Kamara misses his fourth straight game. Kamara has returned to practice this week, so it's looking likely that Ingram won't see the big workload he's had his last two times out.
