William Nylander Rolls Along With Two More Points Sunday
3 years agoToronto Maple Leafs center William Nylander notched a second straight two-point game on Sunday. This time, it came against the Anaheim Ducks. Nylander set up Alexander Kerfoot, who also had a goal and assist, with a perfect feed just 13 seconds into the third period. That gave Toronto a 3-0 lead at the time. Then Nylander scored later in the period with a little more than three minutes left in regulation. The forward has 16 shots in his last three games and has five points during this latest streak. With 21 points in 23 games, Nylander is on pace to easily exceed his career-best of 61 points.
