Jarvis Landry To Play Through His Knee Issue
3 years agoCleveland Browns head coach Kevin Stefanski said that wide receiver Jarvis Landry (knee) will be able to continue playing through his left knee injury. Landry sprained his MCL and missed some time as a result, and the same knee was giving him problems in the Week 11 win over the Detroit Lions on Sunday. The 28-year-old caught half of his eight targets for only 26 yards against Detroit, the second straight week he's had exactly four receptions for 26 receiving yards. Landry's eight targets were nice to see in Cleveland's low-volume passing offense, but he continues to do very little with his catches (9.1 yards per reception) and is playing at less than 100% with his quarterback also extremely beat up. Landry still hasn't found the end zone this year and is becoming an unreliable WR4/flex in PPR leagues. If it wasn't for his 16-yard touchdown run against the Lions, he would've had another underwhelming stat line for fantasy managers.
