3 years agoCleveland Browns offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt said that running back Nick Chubb is trending in the right direction, and the team is hoping to get him back from the COVID-19 list this week in order to play in Week 11 against the winless Detroit Lions. Chubb missed the Week 10 blowout loss to the New England Patriots and must provide two negative COVID-19 tests in order to be activated, but that could come any day now. With Chubb, rookie Demetric Felton and John Kelly all on the COVID-19 list last week, D'Ernest Johnson had the backfield to himself and ran for 99 yards. As long as Chubb gets cleared, he'll be a no-brainer RB1 against the worst team in the NFL this Sunday.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
