3 years agoSeattle Seahawks wide receiver D.K. Metcalf (foot) was held out of practice on Wednesday. Metcalf has been missing one practice a week regularly since early this season, so as long as he is able to return to practice on Thursday, he should be just fine for a Week 11 date with the Arizona Cardinals. The entire offense couldn't get anything going in the shutout loss to the Green Bay Packers last Sunday, and Metcalf wasn't immune, catching only three passes for 26 yards. Quarterback Russell Wilson won't be that rusty the rest of the way. The No. 8 overall fantasy wideout in terms of overall fantasy points will be looking to bounce back against Arizona, where he should remain in all starting lineups as at least a low-end WR1.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
