D'Andre Swift, Jamaal Williams Both Limited
3 years agoDetroit Lions running backs D'Andre Swift (shoulder) and Jamaal Williams (thigh) were both limited in practice on Wednesday. The shoulder injury is a new one for Swift, but the fact that he's not missing practice is a sign that it shouldn't be an issue for him heading into a Week 11 game against the Cleveland Browns. The 22-year-old saw a season-high 36 touches in the Week 10 tie with the Pittsburgh Steelers and will remain a high-usage RB1 this weekend, regardless of whether Williams returns from a two-game absence. Williams had seen his usage fall leading up to his two-game absence, and he'll be a shaky RB3/flex if he returns against a strong Cleveland defensive front. With rookie Jermar Jefferson (ankle, knee) potentially missing some time, Godwin Igwebuike could see more playing time again in Week 11 behind Swift.
