Ricky Seals-Jones, Curtis Samuel Not Practicing
3 years agoWashington Football Team tight end Ricky Seals-Jones (hip) and wide receiver Curtis Samuel (groin) were not present for practice on Wednesday. Seals-Jones has been the team's primary pass-catching tight end with Logan Thomas (hamstring) on Injured Reserve, but he's now questionable to play in Week 11 against the Carolina Panthers. With Thomas not close to a return, rookie John Bates and Sammis Reyes would be next in line at the position for Washington. Samuel's groin injury has been bothering him since the summer and has kept him out of all but two games this season. There's a chance that he goes on IR for the second time this season, which would keep him out for the rest of the year. DeAndre Carter has emerged as the third wideout for Washington behind Terry McLaurin and Adam Humphries.
