Jets Remain Non-Committal On Zach Wilson
3 years agoNew York Jets quarterback Mike White will probably only start in Week 11 against the Miami Dolphins if rookie first-rounder Zach Wilson (knee) needs more time to recover from a second-degree PCL sprain. White came back to Earth in a big way in the Week 10 blowout loss to the Buffalo Bills when he threw four interceptions. Wilson got a nice workout in before the game on Sunday, but the Jets remain non-committal as to whether he'll return this weekend. White's short run was fun for Jets fans, but the ultimate plan is to develop Wilson as much as they can in his rookie season. How much Wilson can do in practice this week will determine if he can start on Sunday, but fantasy managers in superflex leagues should be wary of using him if he returns, as he'll likely be a bit rusty from his layoff.
